Here's what to expect if you're having your canopy shipped.

Until you pay for shipping, cancel any order for a full refund*. Guaranteed.

*PayPal Retains $0.30 of the transaction fee.

Crating

All of our shipped canopies are wrapped, then secured in a wooden crate to protect your purchase.
The crating fee is listed in each product description.

Shipping Quote

After you place an order, you'll receive a cost for shipping to the address you provided, usually within 24 hrs.
For best shipping rates, provide a commercial, non-gated address for drop-off.

Order Completion

Once payment has been received for the shipping and crating the order will be queued up for production.
Canopies typically ship in 5 to 10 business days.

Why are shipping & crating invoiced separately?

Most canopies are simply too large to ship via regular ground shipping and must ship via freight truck.

Freight truck shipping costs vary wildly depending on location, address type, crate size and even time of year and must be calculated on an order-by-order basis.

If you will be in the area, we welcome canopy pick-up. This can save hundreds on shipping.

Don't need a crate? You can also save on crating by opting to have us do a "wrap-only" pick-up. We'll wrap it extra thick in stretch wrap for no extra charge.
